CHR is the primary in-game currency of Space Nation Online, essential for survival, progression, and thriving in the game universe.
As the economy evolves, so do the supply and demand for CHR, which is managed through a robust system ensuring value and balance:
1️⃣Value Baseline: CHR’s value is directly tied to fuel—vital for keeping your spaceship running. Fuel costs real-world money (via stablecoins), meaning CHR always retains a base value. For players aiming to “Play-to-Earn” (P2E), our system ensures that what you earn exceeds the cost of the fuel you spend. If the value drops, fewer players participate, reducing resource supply and driving values up again. This creates a natural balance, incentivizing continued gameplay.
2️⃣Reservoir System: Got too much CHR in circulation? No problem! Limited-time, highly desirable in-game items are released to soak up excess CHR, keeping the economy stable and enticing players to spend wisely.
3️⃣Active Adjustment: We're always monitoring the economy. If things drift off balance, we adjust mechanics like fees, CHR drop rates, and even open exclusive dungeons or black markets to maintain balance and fun. Real-time data ensures fair play for everyone.

Apart from the OIK dropped through POC, CHR is not just the in-game currency of Space Nation Online—it also represents an additional way to earn.
Yes, you heard correctly! During CB2, in collaboration with Oh-Gamers, we launched a new marketplace for CHR, transitioning the existing one from Logistikos to a more user-friendly platform: https://market.ohgamers.org/marketplace
During Closed Beta 1 (CB1) and Closed Beta 2 (CB2), players were able to exchange CHR and cash out at a rate of approximately 14 USDC for 1 million CHR.
This marked a new and exciting way to earn while maximizing your fuel spending. CHR is essential for advancing in Space Nation, covering important costs like spaceship repairs, purchasing materials, and unlocking more opportunities.
With the Soft Launch coming on Sept 27, users will once again be able to exchange CHR and cash out on the Oh-Gamers Market.

Paths for more CHR:
🟢A: Grey Fox Method: Stick with your starting spaceship, buy fuel, and complete daily/side quests to earn steady CHR. Defeat enemies like pirates to collect materials, sell them to NPCs or auction them for CHR.
🟢B: Renting Spaceships: Renting T1+ battleships allows for faster CHR collection. Renters can explore dungeons, collect rare blueprints, or mine and sell resources at auction for profit.
🟢C: Purchasing a Spaceship: For players in it for the long haul, buying a spaceship (NFT) from exchanges unlocks quicker paths to wealth. Permanent ownership means you keep the ship for good!
🟢D: Production & Processing: For those who prefer crafting over combat, producing and selling ship components can also be profitable. It requires an understanding of the in-game economy but can be very rewarding.
