We have received numerous feedback and concerns from our community players regarding game fairness. We have carefully listened to and humbly accepted players' suggestions, while continuously striving to improve your gaming experience. Fair competition is one of the most important topics for players recently, so we will elaborate on our policies and measures in this regard below.

Disabling Client Modifications

We understand that some players wish to personalize their Space Nation gaming experience through their own modifications. However, Space Nation currently does not encourage or support players modifying the client. This is because certain modifications may give players unintended advantages in game design, severely affecting game balance.

Game rules prohibit the use of such client plugins, and officials have been working to detect and prevent such behavior. It should be noted that inappropriate behavior is not limited to the use of plugins, but also includes other actions that may affect fair competition.

What plugins are prohibited?

Official administrators consider client modifications that excessively enhance player advantages. These modifications will be listed as disabled client plugins, and players detected using the types of plugins listed below will be banned.

--Locking or attack plugins that provide more functionality in ways not achievable with a vanilla game client. Such plugins include but are not limited to: super-range aiming lock, beyond-visual-range attacks.

🔸Any operations that alter the position of targets/objects.

🔸Any plugins that modify the technical characteristics (parameters) of ships or other units, affecting gameplay and violating game rules.

Penalties for Using Cheating Programs

We strictly prohibit the use of any form of third-party assistance software, including but not limited to keyboard macros, synchronizers (for PVP scenarios), and cheat scripts. Once discovered using such software, we will take the following measures:

🔸 First-time use: Account will be banned for 24 hours

🔸Subsequent use: Depending on the severity, bans ranging from 3 days to permanent will be imposed

If your account is banned, you have 24 hours to contact customer service. If you do not contact within 24 hours, we will consider it as confirmation that you used third-party assistance. Please note that our system may detect traces of cheat usage in the memory environment or game installation package. We call on all players to compete fairly and jointly maintain a good gaming environment.

Exploiting System Vulnerabilities for Profit

It is strictly forbidden to deliberately profit from system vulnerabilities. We will assess the severity based on the profit situation, impact level, and spread range. In general, we will recover all improperly obtained resources and ban the account for 24 hours. Severe cases will result in permanent bans. Before making a final decision on whether an account has violated the rules, we will check and consider all factors to avoid erroneous decisions.

Chat Content Violations

In public channels, we hope all players can respect each other and maintain a positive game atmosphere. Here are some examples of inappropriate behavior, but please note that misconduct is not limited to these:

🔸 Using insulting or offensive language

🔸Discriminatory or hate speech targeting specific groups

🔸 Posting irrelevant advertisements or spam

🔸Deliberately spreading false information or malicious rumors

Any behavior that violates community guidelines may result in penalties, with severe cases leading to account bans. We encourage players to actively report inappropriate behavior to jointly create a friendly gaming environment. Violation handling process:

🔸 Once discovered by the system or reported, we will verify the relevant behavior

🔸 First violation: Account will be banned for 24 hours

🔸Repeated violations: Depending on the severity, bans ranging from 3 days to permanent will be imposed

🔸Severe cases (such as posting project advertisements unrelated to Space Nation, criminal information, etc.): Account will be permanently banned immediately.

We encourage players to respect each other and jointly maintain a positive gaming environment. If you discover any violations, please report them promptly.

Using AFK Scripts

AFK scripting involves special scripts that mimic manual operations—automatically executing certain actions similar to regular users based on their algorithms.

They can even complete normal user operations with higher efficiency, thus gaining advantages in time and efficiency. Therefore, using AFK scripts is intentionally or unintentionally violating game rules.

Scripts prohibited in Space Nation will also include more complex algorithms that can perform more intelligent functions.

Most Common AFK Scripts

AFK scripts: These scripts can mimic real player behavior. In Space Nation, they can control ship navigation, automatically complete tasks, engage in combat with enemies, or automatically collect minerals.

"Non-intelligent" AFK scripts: These scripts have relatively simple behaviors. They usually can only perform basic operations, such as repeating simple mining tasks in a fixed area.

Click software: These programs are mainly used to automate repetitive operations. In Space Nation, they might be used to automatically create manufacturing orders, sell/buy goods, grab limited rewards, etc. These scripts typically don't involve complex game operations, merely simulating basic interface interactions of players.

In Space Nation, using any form of AFK script is considered a serious violation. This not only disrupts game balance but also harms other players' gaming experience. Once discovered, severe penalties will be imposed according to game rules.

Detecting Players Using AFK Scripts

We use various methods and functions to detect the aforementioned types of AFK scripts. We utilize advanced identification software and powerful third-party systems for comprehensive detection. These systems can identify those "intelligent" AFK scripts attempting to mimic real player behavior.

Although these scripts may appear similar to normal user behavior, it's impossible to completely replicate real player actions. We also try to capture these subtle differences by analyzing large amounts of data to identify suspicious player behavior patterns.

Penalties for Violations

The penalty for using AFK scripts is more severe than other violations. If discovered and confirmed to be using AFK scripts for the first time, the player's account will be permanently banned.

Other Cheating or Prohibited Behaviors

Batch Account Operations and Profiteering

It is strictly prohibited to create and operate multiple accounts in bulk to gain unfair advantages in the game. This behavior not only undermines the fairness of the game but may also seriously impact the game economy. Once discovered, we will take the following measures: Immediately freeze all related accounts

🔸Confiscate all game assets obtained through this method

🔸Permanently ban the main involved accounts

🔸Long-term monitoring of other associated accounts

Out-of-Game Trading and Cheated Assets

It is strictly forbidden to trade in-game items, currency, or accounts through channels outside the game. This not only violates our terms of service but may also lead to account security issues. At the same time, we also prohibit the purchase or use of game assets obtained through cheating. Once such behavior is discovered, we will:

🔸Implement temporary or permanent bans on involved accounts based on the severity of the situation

🔸Restore affected game data if necessary

🔸Assist victims in recovering losses caused by out-of-game trading (if applicable)
